5800 Third boasts the ultimate in convenience living.  Residents love being able to jump on the 3rd Street Lightrail across the street to join friends downtown and claim that it’s almost impossible to understand just how wonderful it is to have a grocery store located just an elevator ride away until you actually have it.  Add in amazing dinner and cocktails at Limon (your friends will clamor to visit every weekend!) and it becomes hard to imagine a more convenient place to live.  And that’s not including the dog shower, easy freeway access and host of other great neighborhood spots.
