We collect information on visitors of our site when those visitors opt to provide contact information to us via our registration form.  Mandatory information includes visitor name, email address and phone number and is only intended to assist our sales team in providing information on our homes for sale to visitors who provide their information to us.  We will periodically send marketing emails to those registered on our list. No information will be transferred to 3rd party companies.  Should users desire to modify their contact information, their preferred method of contact, or remove themselves from our system in entirety, make a request to that effect and email it to:  info@5800third.com.  Should users desire to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, they should opt out on the bottom of the email.
